The Somerset Cricket Board (SCB) wish to appoint four Community Coaches (casual) to deliver on our Chance to Shine & All Stars Cricket Programmes this spring and summer (2018).

The role is a flexible one and can fit around existing lifestyle and work commitments. We want to hear from people who could commit anywhere between 8 hours and 38 hours a week to inspiring the next generation to take up cricket.

We're looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals with a passion for children’s sport and cricket to deliver in school and club settings for what is going to be a huge summer for cricket in England and Wales. These roles will be central to the success of our summer participation programmes with responsibility for engaging young people, parents and teachers in a specific geographical area within Somerset.

We have a track record of developing work experience and casual staff to help them to forge careers in the cricket industry and we believe this role would be perfect for anyone looking to do just that. It would also suit individuals who have a passion for cricket and have spare capacity to do some delivery in their local schools and clubs.
